5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All fees and payment schedules will be specified in the service agreement
• Payment is due according to the terms specified in the invoice
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Yongji City, Shanxi Province, China.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yongji Aijian Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
